Research on multi-objective optimal allocation of regional water resources based on improved sparrow search algorithm

Abstract Nowadays, the conflict between supply and demand of water resources in many regions is becoming increasingly prominent. Scientific allocation regional has become key to solving contradiction. In this study, a multi-objective optimization model considering social, economic, ecological objectives established, four improvement spots are introduced sparrow search algorithm (SSA) form an improved (ISSA). By testing nine benchmark functions including monotonic multi-peaked, efficiency average convergence results ISSA significantly enhanced compared with other intelligent algorithms. Meanwhile, research uses Luanchuan County, Henan Province, China, as example solve resource scheme for 2025 2030 region using ISSA. The show that overall shortage rate decreases 3.49 2.79%, respectively, under 75% guarantee rate, resulting effective reduction future shortages. Simultaneously, proposed sound comprehensive benefits can provide important technical support refined management resources, which reference guidance contradiction at current stage.
